Contemporary Kitchen Display

Here we have a kitchen display for Design Time, based in Nottingham. As you can see it is a compact, contemporary kitchen, perfect if you are wanting to veer away from traditional design. We manufactured the worktop using Dekton in shade Domoos. This is from their Solid Collection and provides a pure black surface, creating a blank canvas for design.

For this display, the designers have chosen to stick with the atramentous theme with the base cabinets and sink, complemented further with matte black tap from The 1810 Company. To offset the depth of the design, the wall cabinets are a lighter, neutral brown. Another element that accompanies the design so well is the use of a mirror on the wall space. It has a copper tone to keep in with the darker theme, but would also be fantastic at opening up the space. A final element that compliments the overall theming of this design is the natural wood style flooring. It brings a natural texture into a room that has a contemporary vibe. The tone of the floor sits perfectly amongst the depth of the colour palette, and offsets the worktop beautifully; enhancing the design. 

Overall, Domoos makes a beautiful, solid canvas to build a design around. Combined with the fantastic properties of this stone, it makes a fabulous choice for a project.
